Keep Systems Stable

You’ll monitor performance, prevent issues before they happen, and ensure everything runs smoothly.

Own the Microsoft Stack

From Office 365 to Azure, Intune, and SharePoint, you’ll manage users, access, and configurations with precision.

Drive Order Behind the Scenes

You’ll document fixes, improve processes, and create systems others can rely on.

What You Bring

Experience in L2 support or similar role
Strong knowledge of Windows, Office 365, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint
Confidence in troubleshooting user, access, and system issues
Familiarity with Active Directory and cloud identity tools
Clear communication and strong documentation skills
A proactive, problem-solving mindset
