About the role
Our client is a growing proptech company transforming how buyers discover homes through a personalized digital experience powered by intelligent technology and real-time preference learning.
They’re looking for a Business Development Representative who can drive outbound conversations, qualify interest, and schedule demos that support a fast-moving sales pipeline.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct outbound prospecting and engage provided leads through direct sales outreach
• Introduce the platform’s value proposition and explain services clearly to prospective agents
• Qualify interest and identify opportunities for sales conversations
• Schedule qualified video demos for the sales team
• Maintain pipeline visibility and consistent follow-up across prospect interactions
What You Bring
• 2+ years of experience in sales, SDR, or BDR roles
• Strong verbal communication and cold-calling skills
• Ability to qualify leads and manage outbound conversations effectively
• Confidence handling objections and maintaining momentum in outreach
• Self-motivated approach with strong independent execution
