Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Business Administration Officer to support daily operations. The role includes administrative support, client communication, and outreach through calls and social media.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage emails, calls, and general correspondence
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients and stakeholders
  • Make cold calls to introduce services and set appointments
  • Post in social media groups and respond to messages across different platforms
  • Assist with data entry, reporting, and invoicing
  • Take responsibility for day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth workflow
  • Support team with general administrative tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in administration, customer service, marketing or similar role
  • Strong communication skills (phone, email, and social media)
  • Confident in making calls and handling client interactions
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and different CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership, and meet targets or KPI
