📌 About the role
We are ClickExpose, a UK-based Google specialist agency focused on helping businesses grow through organic search.
This role is for someone with hands-on SEO experience (not just a course) who wants to grow quickly with clear standards, structured training, and support from a team that actually cares about results.
You will work across multiple websites, learn how we approach SEO properly, and develop the skills that turn SEO specialists into strong performance marketers.
🧩 What you will be doing
Managing and improving SEO across websites (on-page and technical fundamentals)
Improving page structure, headings, internal linking, meta titles, schema markup and meta descriptions
Supporting technical SEO work (audits, issue tracking, working with developers where needed)
Carrying out keyword research and search intent analysis
Monitoring SEO performance and spotting issues or opportunities quickly
Analysing data and making evidence-based optimisation decisions
Testing and iterating to improve results over time
Communicating clearly with the team and clients on actions, insights, and next steps
Using AI tools to speed up research and drafting, with human-led QA and clear standards

2+ year of hands-on SEO experience
Strong written and spoken English
Reliable internet and a quiet place to work
Load-shedding plan to stay online
Laptop/PC and headset for calls
