About the role
Our client is seeking a highly organized sales support professional to strengthen their appointment-setting process and help drive consistent sales activity. This role is designed to support lead engagement across multiple communication channels while ensuring qualified prospects move efficiently through the scheduling pipeline.
They’re looking for an Appointment Setter who can manage follow-up with discipline, maintain clear communication, and keep scheduling activity aligned with sales objectives. This position plays an important role in helping the sales team maintain momentum and improve appointment reliability.
What You’ll Do
Set qualified appointments by engaging leads and scheduling calls with potential clients
Follow up with prospects through calls, texts, and emails to confirm qualification and scheduling details
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and update CRM records with appointment activity
Send reminders and confirmations to improve attendance for scheduled calls
Coordinate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-through
What You Bring
2+ years of experience as an SDR or BDR
Proven experience setting appointments and following up through calls, emails, and text messages
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent English grammar
Proficiency with CRM systems and scheduling tools
High organization, proactive follow-up habits, and strong ownership of pipeline activity
