About the Role

We’re hiring an Executive Assistant who is energetic, people-focused, and brings a genuine “human sunshine” presence to everything they do.

You’ll be supporting our People Operations Team, and will be the first impression many candidates have of RemodelBoom. Your role is to create a professional, warm, and highly organized candidate experience while managing structured hiring pipelines behind the scenes.

This role blends recruiting, HR support, and strong administration. It requires someone who is confident on video calls, highly organized, and comfortable working within systems and processes.

 

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Candidate Experience

Create and post job listings, and proactively source candidates
Conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email
Screen applications and conduct initial interviews via video calls
Coordinate and schedule interviews across time zones
Maintain clean, structured applicant tracking dashboards
Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process
HR & Administration

Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
Assist with contracts, probation tracking, and HR administration
Provide organized hiring updates and reports to leadership
Systems & Tools

Quickly learn and confidently use tools such as Airtable, GHL, Zapier, and other project management software
Keep databases accurate and up to date
Help refine recruitment workflows over time

 

Signals This Will Be a Great Fit

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

Excellent written and spoken English
Experience in a people-facing role, ideally recruitment or HR
Confidence speaking clearly and professionally on video calls
Strong administrative experience and supreme organization skills
Experience using project management or CRM tools
High attention to detail and pride in clean systems

 

Pay & Schedule

Pay: R28-35k per month

Hours: 12pm – 8pm South African time, Monday to Friday

Location: Fully remote
