A prominent New York–based company delivering advanced, technology-driven solutions to enterprise and government clients is seeking an experienced Project Manager to own high-impact projects from start to finish.

This role is for someone who thrives on structure, accountability, and momentum—someone who can coordinate people, vendors, budgets, and timelines to ensure complex projects are delivered correctly and on time. Experience in electronic security or low-voltage systems is helpful, but not required. Strong project execution skills are what matter most.

What You’ll Do

Own the Full Project Lifecycle

Plan, execute, monitor, and close multiple concurrent projects—ensuring scope, schedule, and budget stay aligned with client expectations.

Drive Execution Across Teams

Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external partners to keep milestones moving and resources properly allocated.

Manage Budgets & Financial Tracking

Oversee project budgets, track costs, and support financial reporting with accuracy. (QuickBooks experience is required.

Oversee Procurement & Vendors

Coordinate purchasing, vendor communications, and material tracking to support timely project delivery.

Maintain Clarity & Documentation

Keep project schedules, documentation, and reports accurate and up to date—so stakeholders always know where things stand.

Ensure Quality & Accountability

Implement project reviews and quality control processes to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and required standards.

Identify Risks & Solve Problems Early

Spot risks, troubleshoot issues, and proactively remove obstacles before they slow progress.

 

Communicate with Confidence

Provide clear updates on status, risks, and outcomes to clients, partners, and internal leadership.

Support Team Readiness

Assist with onboarding, training, and coordination of team members to ensure projects are properly staffed and supported.

What You Bring

Proven experience in project management or a related operational role
Strong track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
Experience with budgeting, financial tracking, and reporting (QuickBooks required)
Familiarity with project management tools, CRM systems, or software migrations (preferred)
Ability to manage competing priorities without losing accuracy or control
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Experience in electronic security, construction, low-voltage systems, or technical integrations (a plus, not required)
