Build, Deploy & Scale Real AI Systems | Remote-First | Work Closely with the Founder
This is not a traditional graduate role. It’s a hands-on opportunity for recent graduates who want to build and deploy real AI systems that actively improve how businesses operate.
You’ll work directly with the founder across a portfolio of growing businesses, helping design and implement AI-driven automation, multi-agent workflows, and operational intelligence systems that move quickly from idea to production.
AI and automation sit at the centre of everything we do — from streamlining operations to building intelligent systems that drive efficiency, insight, and scale.

Responsibilities
✓AI & Automation
✓Deploy and manage multi-agent AI systems across multiple businesses
✓Design automation workflows and custom integrations (CRMs, project tools, communication platforms)
✓Evaluate new AI tools and continuously optimise system performance
✓Document systems and support teams in adopting AI-driven workflows
✓Strategy & Operations
✓Research new ventures, tools, and market opportunities
✓Support cross-business projects and operational improvements
✓Analyse data and translate insights into clear recommendations
✓Take ownership of projects end-to-end — from concept to delivery
Required Skills
Recent graduate (finance, business, engineering, computer science, statistics, or similar)
Genuinely curious and excited about AI and automation (beyond basic ChatGPT use)
Strong analytical thinker with a fast, self-directed learning style
Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
Clear communicator who can explain technical ideas simply
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Basic coding skills (Python / HTML) or willingness to learn
Exposure to APIs, automation tools (Zapier, Make), or AI platforms
