We’re looking for a high-energy, motivated Sales Account Executive to join our team and drive our outbound sales efforts. Your role will be to conduct cold outreach via phone and email to a list of leads that will be provided to you, book and conduct meetings, follow-up regularly with the prospects, close deals and maintain the client relationship.
You will be the first point of contact for many of our future customers, playing a key role in the company’s growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn to lists of Real Estate agents
- Set appointments and book meetings
- Conduct demos and presentations to prospects
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activity in our HubSpot CRM
- Follow up with warm leads and re-engage previous contacts
- Meet and exceed weekly KPIs related to calls, emails, and booked meetings
- Meet and exceed monthly KPIs related to orders received
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve messaging and outreach strategies
Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in outbound sales or lead generation, preferably in a U.S. market
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Comfortable with high-volume cold calling and rejection
- Familiarity with CRMs and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Apollo, etc.)
- Organized, self-motivated, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- (Preferred) Familiarity with U.S. business culture and time zones
- (Preferred) Experience in real estate, title, or a related industry

- Competitive base ($1800-$2200) based on prior experience + aggressive Performance-based bonus and commission structure that can realistically bring the total compensation to $4,000 – $5,000 USD per month
