About the Role
Transform Learning Academy is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Client Success Associate to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be the primary bridge between our academy and our students, ensuring every client achieves their learning goals while fostering long-term professional relationships.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end client journey, from initial kick-off calls to ongoing relationship management and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
Operations & Logistics: Manage operations calendars and lead client “kick-off” calls to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute customer success strategies designed to drive satisfaction and long-term growth.
Conflict Resolution: Act as the first point of contact for client issues, managing everything from low-level queries to high-risk complaints and escalations.
Growth & Revenue: Identify upselling and expansion opportunities within the existing student base to promote business growth.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Work closely with the coaching team and advocate for client needs within the organization to improve service delivery.
Data & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback, monitoring key satisfaction metrics to report back to senior stakeholders.
Mission Alignment: Actively promote the business vision and goals as directed by senior management.
Requirements
Experience: Proven experience in client success, account management, or a similar relationship-driven role.
Communication: Exceptional direct communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations and high-pressure situations.
Technical: You must provide your own PC and word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Office/Google Workspace) for off-site work.
Attributes: Highly organized, empathetic, and commercially aware with a knack for identifying “upsell” opportunities.
Independence: As a consultant, you will have the discretion to organize your work to meet deadlines set by Department Leads.
