About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Maintenance Coordinator with experience in property maintenance handling. This role is ideal for someone who understands common property maintenance issues and knows how to coordinate the right solutions with contractors.
You will support our property operations by managing maintenance jobs, liaising with service providers, and ensuring issues are tracked through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage maintenance job sheets per property
- Assess maintenance issues and liaise with the appropriate contractors
- Call, email, or message contractors to book and follow up on repairs
- Track job progress and confirm completion
- Record maintenance details, costs, and outcomes
- Prepare simple maintenance reports and escalate urgent issuesRequirements
- Proven experience in property maintenance coordination (Important)
- Understanding of common issues (plumbing, electrical, appliances, general repairs)
- Comfortable making outbound calls
- Strong organisation and follow-up skills
- Good English and proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel
- Reliable internet and ability to work independently
