A drug testing company is urgently hiring a full-time call representative. This role involves high-volume phone calls throughout the day, speaking with potential clients about our services, logging all activity in our CRM, talking with the testing lab, and communicating test results to clients.

Requirements:

1. Female
2. Native or near-native English (clear, neutral accent)
3. Confident, professional, and comfortable on the phone
4. Smart, fast learner, and detail-oriented
5. Able to handle long, intensive workdays
6. Comfortable being on calls most of the day
