A parking solutions company is hiring a Remote LPR Camera Optimization Specialist to monitor and optimize their license plate recognition (LPR) camera systems across multiple locations.
This role is fully remote and focused on camera performance and settings, not physical installation.
Responsibilities:
1. Remotely adjust camera settings (exposure, shutter speed, IR, focus, profiles)
2. Review live feeds and captured plates to improve capture accuracy
3. Diagnose image quality issues (blur, glare, overexposure, missed reads)
4. Guide on-site staff on proper camera aiming and adjustments when needed
5. Document issues, changes, and performance improvements
Requirements:
1. Strong understanding of camera behavior, lighting, and motion capture
2. Experience with CCTV, LPR systems, photography, or videography
3. Ability to troubleshoot independently and communicate clearly
4. Basic networking knowledge (IP cameras) is a plus
