πΌ Role: Appointment Setter/Sales Development Representative
π Location: (Remote β Capetown)
π° Salary: R15,800 base/month + performance commission (realistic OTE R20,000βR25,000/month)
π Core hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00β18:00 (UK time)

What Youβll Do
π Call warm leads every day β no cold calls, just real patient interest.
π¬ Run discovery calls to understand patient needs, goals, and concerns, then guide them towards the right treatment.
π Share clear, honest information about treatment options and pricing, securing deposits to confirm bookings
π Confirm bookings directly in clinic calendars
π Deliver concise patient notes so clinic teams are fully prepared for each consultation
Must Have:
2+ years sales experience
Telemarketing or outbound sales background
Confident phone manner and target-driven mindset
Fluent English and data-driven approach
Tech-savvy with fast, reliable internet and quiet home setup
Redundancy solutions for power outages and internet outages
Bonus & Technical
UK company experience
CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred)
Dental/clinical industry knowledge
Understanding of dental treatments such as Implants, Invisalign, and Composite Bonding
Ability to ask the right questions to determine if the lead is a good fit (training provided if needed)
Success in the Role
