We’re looking for a Conversion-Focused Copywriter who knows how to turn attention into action. Your writing will directly influence booked jobs, lead generation, and revenue growth.
You’ll write across the entire marketing funnel — websites, landing pages, paid ads, emails, SMS, retargeting, and more. This role blends creativity with analytics, and is perfect for a writer who thrives in a performance-driven environment.
🔑 Key Responsibilities
Website & Landing Page Copy
Write high-converting service pages, landing pages, and location pages
Use clear, benefit-focused, persuasive language
Collaborate with SEO and CRO teams to test variations and improve performance
Optimize CTAs, messaging, and flow for maximum conversion
Email, SMS & Ad Copy
Craft campaigns that drive leads, reactivation, referrals, memberships, and follow-ups
Write compelling copy for paid ads (Facebook, Google, YouTube, etc.)
Ensure seamless alignment between ads and landing experiences
Contribute to A/B tests and data-driven messaging improvements
🎯 Qualifications
5+ years of performance copywriting for web, email, or paid media
Track record of improving conversions (you can showcase examples)
Experience writing for test-and-learn environments
Clear, empathetic writing style suited for homeowners and local audiences
Excellent English (near-native fluency required)
⭐ Nice-to-Haves
Experience writing for home services, franchise, or local service businesses
Familiarity with A/B and multivariate testing frameworks
Understanding of UX & CRO (how layout impacts messaging)
Experience working with designers, developers, or channel managers
