Job Description
An established global software company in the fleet management and telematics space is seeking a professional Part-time Personal Assistant to support their CEO. This is a part-time, independent contracting role requiring around 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling. While the role is primarily remote, occasional in-office support in Claremont may be required.

Responsibilities:

Inbox Management: Prioritise and manage the CEO’s inbox, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.

Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage flights, accommodation, and related logistics for CEO and team members.

Office Administration: Handle general admin tasks, documentation, and operational coordination.

Scheduling: Manage the CEO’s diary, schedule meetings, and maintain calendar accuracy.

Ad-Hoc Support: Provide additional assistance on small projects and tasks as needed.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant (non-negotiable).

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and self-managed.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Confident using standard office software (Google Workspace or MS Office).

Professional, discreet, and proactive approach.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, innovative, and tech-focussed environment.

Must have your own laptop, reliable internet, and backup power
