Job Title: Virtual Receptionist
Location: Remote (Open to Global Talent)
Salary Range: 800 – 1000 USD/month
Work Schedule: Seven days a week, 07:00 AM to 09:00 PM EST; working in tandem with another receptionist to ensure full coverage

About the Company:

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and service-oriented Virtual Receptionist to support a high-touch, client-facing operation. This role will work closely with another receptionist to ensure full coverage across all business hours. You will be the first point of contact for incoming calls, texts, and emails, providing a polished and professional experience while managing light administrative tasks and appointment scheduling.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound calls, texts, and emails from wholesale bakery and restaurant customers.
Set up new customer accounts and accurately enter wholesale orders into the ERP system.
Prompt daily wholesale orders by texting recurring customers, and enter those orders upon receipt.
Answer product-related questions using information available in the ERP.
Handle reservation and takeout calls for the restaurant and enter details into the POS system.
Provide basic business information such as hours, location, and menu options.
Route complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate managers quickly and professionally.
Collaborate with the management teams at both locations as part of the core operations staff.
Support with administrative tasks during downtime, including data entry and calendar updates.
Qualifications:
2+ years in a customer support, receptionist, or administrative assistant role.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Proficient with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
Comfortable using cloud-based phone systems like 3CX or similar.
Highly reliable, organized, and able to multitask in a remote setting.
Professional presence and courteous demeanor in all communication.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in scheduling or calendar management software.
Previous work in the wellness, retail, or hospitality sectors.
Familiarity with POS or ERP tools.
Additional language skills (especially Spanish).
