**The Role**
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to help manage the daily operations of our growing agency. This isn’t just “checking boxes”—you’ll be learning the business, understanding our clients, and growing alongside the company.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
Core Responsibilities:
Communication & Coordination:

Manage email inbox – prioritize, draft responses, and keep things organized
– Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendar like a pro
– Handle client communication – follow-ups, meeting preparation, note-taking
– Reply to social media messages (primarily Facebook) in our brand voice as our CEO
Administrative Tasks:
– Data entry – update spreadsheets, CRM entries, client information (accuracy is critical)
– Fill out forms, applications, and handle paperwork
– Travel coordination – find and book flights, accommodations, manage logistics
– Document management – organize Google Drive, attach files, maintain shared documents
Content & Copywriting:
– Create CEO bios and professional profiles
– Draft emails and communications that match my voice and tone
– Help with client proposals and meeting agendas
Project Support:
– Track project deadlines and deliverables
– Coordinate between team members and contractors
– Manage client onboarding paperwork
– Update reporting sheets and performance metrics
Growth Opportunities (After You’re Established):
Once you’ve mastered the core role, you’ll have opportunities to expand into:
– Light team coordination
– Invoice tracking and payment follow-ups
– Process documentation and SOP creation

What You Must Have (Non-Negotiables)
**3+ years of experience** as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar role (NO total beginners)
**Exceptional English** – Professional business writing and communication skills are essential
**Gmail & Google Calendar experience** – You know these tools inside and out
**Google Sheets proficiency** – Formulas, data organization, keeping things clean
**Detail-oriented personality** – You catch mistakes before they happen and nothing slips through the cracks
**Copywriting skills** – You can write clearly, professionally, and adapt to different communication styles
**Tech-savvy** – You learn new tools quickly and don’t need constant hand-holding
**Reliable internet** – Fast, stable connection for video calls and daily work
**Availability during MST/MDT hours** – Core availability 9am-5pm Denver, Colorado time
**Self-directed** – You manage your own time and don’t need constant supervision

Major Bonus Points (Preferred Skills)
Go High Level (GHL) experience – This is a HUGE plus
Asana or ClickUp- Project management tool experience
Agency experience – You’ve worked in or with marketing/creative agencies
Client communication background – You’re comfortable being client-facing
CRM experience – HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms
Social media management – Specifically Facebook/Meta platforms
