Job Description
This is a remote position.
We are seeking a motivated and analytical full-time Remote Business Analyst with at least 4+ years of experience, who also brings hands-on project management exposure. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, gathering requirements, and driving projects from initiation through to successful delivery.
You’ll work closely with business and technical stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into effective solutions, while coordinating project activities and timelines to achieve impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis
- Partner with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritise business requirements.
- Analyse processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications.
- Support testing and validation activities by clarifying requirements and expected outcomes.
Project Management
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, tracking progress against milestones.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery.
- Coordinate resources and facilitate collaboration across teams.
- Support change management activities to embed new processes and solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting
- Act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project sponsors.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and validate requirements.
- Prepare clear project updates, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation in line with governance standards.
Requirements
- A relevant Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field).
- Project Management or Business Analysis certifications (e.g., CAPM, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications) will be advantageous.
- 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst with exposure to end-to-end project delivery.
- Minimum 2 years of Zoho implementation experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Experience managing small to medium-sized projects or project work streams.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency with BA and PM tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- Ability to balance both analysis and project coordination responsibilities.
