Hours: 20 hours per week, mornings (to align with Australian business hours)
Pay: ZAR 11,000 per month (with potential commissions on upsells/meeting bookings)

The Role
We’re looking for a friendly, proactive Client Support & Relations Associate who loves being on the phone and helping people. Your main job will be to connect with our clients, making sure they provide the information our accounting team needs to deliver accurate, timely work.
You’ll also keep things organised behind the scenes – updating our CRM, responding to client emails, and helping ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
If you’re motivated, there’s also an optional opportunity to earn commissions by booking sales meetings or assisting with upsells.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Calling clients to follow up on information we need for their accounts
* Responding to inbound client emails in a professional and friendly manner
* Updating our CRM to keep client information accurate and up to date
* Following up on outstanding items and ensuring deadlines are met
* Supporting business development through occasional meeting bookings or upsells (commission opportunities)
What We’re Looking For
* Strong customer service background (phone-based experience highly valued)
* Fluent English with a neutral accent
* Confident communicator who enjoys talking to clients and building relationships
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
