As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the analysis, documentation, and optimisation of business processes across our diverse portfolio of ventures that includes software development and recruitment . You’ll work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, produce clear insights, and help drive data-informed decisions that fuel our growth.
Key Responsibilities
Process Mapping & Improvement:– Analyse current workflows, identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies, and propose practical enhancements.
Data Analysis & Reporting:– Collect, cleanse, and analyse data using Excel and Google Workspace tools, preparing dashboards and reports to inform decision-making.
Documentation & Communication:– Produce clear, concise documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), user stories, process flow diagrams, and test scripts.– Present findings and recommendations to cross-functional teams.
Support Testing & Implementation:– Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT), track issues, and verify that implemented solutions meet business needs.
Stakeholder Collaboration:– Liaise with IT, operations, finance, and project teams to ensure alignment and smooth delivery of initiatives.
Continuous Learning:– Stay up to date with industry best practices, tools, and methodologies; share knowledge with the team.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or related field preferred
0–2 years of experience in a business analysis, process improvement, or related role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
