Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all project objectives are met, deadlines are adhered to, and resources are managed effectively. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the content production process, ensuring timely delivery of videos and materials.
Collaborate with editors, designers, and media buyers to align project goals.
Oversee the organization of files and project documentation for easy access.
Plan, initiate, and manage projects to ensure successful execution.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business goals.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Manage relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
2+ years of Proven experience in project management, preferably in marketing or creative industries.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
Nice-to-Have
Familiarity with content creation tools and video editing software.
Previous experience in a creative or marketing environment.
KPIs / Success Metrics
Timeliness of project deliverables.
Stakeholder satisfaction with project execution.
