Duties:
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and text.
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
Listen to customer concerns and provide solutions.
Knowledge in using CRMs.
Work US hours.
Qualifications
1+ Years Experience as a Customer Service Representative
Fluent English, both verbal and written.
