What You’ll Do

Find great people: Source, screen, review, and interview candidates for a variety of roles.
Spread the word: Create and post compelling job ads on multiple platforms to attract top talent.
Work your sourcing magic: Use tools like Indeed and LinkedIn to identify and engage the right candidates.
Spot the standouts: Review applications and shortlist only the best fits.
Lend a hand with HR: Provide simple HR administrative support when needed.
Deliver a great experience: Make sure every candidate feels valued and respected throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll Bring

Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, you’re genuinely a “people person.”
Strong organizational abilities with a knack for staying efficient.
Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting using Indeed and LinkedIn.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with HR software (experience with ADP is a bonus).
Ability to juggle multiple roles and priorities without losing focus.
