Position: Operations and Project Manager
Working Hours: 8AM – 4PM Eastern (please confirm working hours)
Location: Remote (South Africa/LatAm preferred)
Compensation:$1500 – $3000
Key Responsibilities
Oversee technician scheduling and optimize routes
Triage technician/customer issues and escalate only when needed
Track PTO, monitor shifts, and flag performance concerns
Manage and improve KPIs for service delivery and performance
Own and improve dashboards, SOPs, and reporting systems
Solve operational bottlenecks proactively
Communicate with vendors and customers professionally
Extract actionable tasks from team communications (calls, texts, emails)
Keep leadership (Monte & John) consistently informed and organized
Be the engine that keeps daily operations running with minimal friction
What You Bring
Fluent English (spoken and written); neutral accent preferred
Confident communicator who can lead conversations with authority
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Exceptionally detail-oriented, structured, and dependable
Calm, tactful presence—especially in high-pressure client situations
High emotional intelligence; able to adapt to different communication styles
Strong ability to multitask and synthesize cross-functional input
Comfortable calling, troubleshooting, and making quick decisions
Technical Requirements
✅ Strong Excel skills (formulas, dashboards, formatting)
✅ Experience with Power BI (building/maintaining KPI dashboards)
✅ Comfortable with proprietary systems (CRM, GPS/fleet tools)
Familiarity With
OpenPhone (business SMS)
HubSpot or similar CRM (preferred)
Fleet or technician management tools
Bonus: Experience in logistics, service-based dispatch, or franchise operations
