We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Remote Data Entry Analyst to join a high volume US based recruitment company. This role involves entering, tracking, and managing recruitment data while maintaining our candidate survey database. The ideal candidate will have strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain recruitment data in company databases and applicant tracking systems.
Track candidate information, applications, interview details, and hiring outcomes.
Manage and update the candidate survey database, ensuring data integrity.
Conduct outreach to candidates to collect post-interview and hiring feedback.
Generate reports and summaries based on recruitment and survey data.
Assist in analyzing candidate feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain confidentiality and security of candidate and client information.
Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure accurate data management.
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, recruitment coordination, or database management.
Proficiency in Google Office Suite (Sheets/Docs/Drive) and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle sensitive candidate information with discretion.
Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with CRM software or recruitment platforms.
Background in HR, staffing, or talent acquisition.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience working with SurveyMonkey
Ability to think critically and problem solve in real time.
Pay & Logistics:
R14,000-R16,000 per month
