Role

Our Casino & Core product vertical needs a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to coordinate and execute initiatives. This position is crucial to meeting project deadlines, documenting work, and communicating clearly across teams. Work with the Product and Development teams to ensure smooth delivery, track progress, and support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and documentation across multiple casino initiatives
Support the launch of new games, features, and promotions aligned with product roadmaps
Team Collaboration :

Act as the central point between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication
Organise planning meetings, check-ins, and retrospectives to keep everyone aligned.
Stakeholder Communication:

Deliver clear, regular updates on project status, risks, and next steps
Assist in preparing reports, roadmaps, and documentation for leadership
Process Support & Improvement:

Help streamline delivery by improving workflows and implementing better processes
Enhance coordination tools and drive continuous improvement initiatives
Issue & Risk Tracking:

Track progress, flag risks, and collaborate with leads to resolve blockers
Proactively address scheduling or communication issues as they arise
Team Admin:

Manage task assignments and ensure release hygiene (labels, statuses, PR merges, etc.)
Raise support tickets, assign code reviews, and ensure time logs are completed
Provide general support to the Project Manager and wider team

Required Skills & Experience

Experience in a support role such as Project Coordinator or Assistant, ideally in tech or iGaming
Strong organisational, time management, and multitasking abilities with great attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable using project management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms
Eligibility to work in the EU is required.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with or around a Casino/iGaming platform
Basic understanding of Agile methodologies or delivery frameworks
Passion for Casino games or the broader gaming industry
