Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures in Leadership, Strategy, or Management
Design and refresh asynchronous learning content aligned with industry trends.
Supervise Master’s and Doctoral students, guiding their academic and professional development.
Foster a collaborative, inclusive learning environment that sparks curiosity and critical thinking.
Lead curriculum development, assessment design, and academic quality assurance.
Recruit and mentor adjunct faculty to uphold high teaching standards.
Drive research output and contribute to thought leadership in your field.
Requirements
What You Bring
A PhD or DBA in Management or a related discipline.
Proven teaching experience at postgraduate level OR senior business leadership experience.
A strong track record of postgraduate supervision and academic publications.
Exceptional communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
A deep commitment to student success and continuous professional development.
