Position : Client Service Representative

Working Schedule : 8a-5p EST

Salary Range :$1,400-$1,600 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Description: As a Client Service Representative with our client, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to industry professionals worldwide. Your main duties will include handling client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction with our services.

Job Responsibilities:Handle incoming client calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information about our services and offerings
Address client concerns and escalate as needed to ensure resolution
Maintain client records and update information as necessary
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Essential Qualifications:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Required Experience: 3 years of experience in professional customer service or a related field
