Due to our continued organic growth, Guy Last Recruitment is expanding their REMOTE team in South Africa. We currently have an incredible team of 20+ and looking for great talent to join the growing team.
We are looking for a dedicated process driven Recruiter to take responsibility of screening and processing applicants.
You will be responsible for contacting and screening candidates making sure they are a good fit for our clients as well making sure the candidate is aware of the relocation commitment involved and the services we provide to assist. The job in itself requires a confident, persistent and dedicated approach to reach out to candidates to gather information and give them detailed information about the role.
The Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter role requires a real people person as you will be the first person the applicant will speak to from the business and you need to exude the values of Guy Last Recruitment – Passion, Patience and Persistence.
Recruitment Consultant duties include:
– Attending weekly meetings and liaising with Manager.
– Checking for Ad responses on various platforms
– Contacting applicants and completing a telephone pre-screen
– Evaluate their skills and qualifications and enter details into – ATS/CRM Being the point of contact for the candidates
– Ensuring that potential candidates are an excellent match for the client company
– Maintain a healthy and consistent pipeline of candidates
– Booking interviews either remote or face to face
– Become very knowledgeable about DUBAI and UAE (on-going research)
– Share beneficial information and news to candidates.
Experience preferred :
– Sales and Telephone experience
– Worked in target driven environment
– Customer service Proactive & Professional Hard working & Motivated
