Key Responsibilities:
Support improvements in billing, scheduling, and workflow processes
Assist with integrating tools like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
Help maintain relationships with vendors like our billing company
Contribute to SOP creation and documentation
Provide support for new hire onboarding and team coordination
Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking basic performance metrics
Collaborate on identifying ways to improve operational efficiency
Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in operations, admin, or support roles
Familiarity with CRMs or project tools (GoHighLevel, Monday, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus
Organized, tech-curious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment
Clear communicator and proactive problem solver
Interest in healthcare, wellness, or startups preferred
