Position : Data Entry Specialist
Working Schedule : 8:30am -4:30pm UK Time
Salary Range :$1000-$1200 USD Monthly (the final salary will be determined by the candidate’s level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data in our systems and databases. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with large volumes of data, meet tight deadlines, and maintain high accuracy and confidentiality standards.
You will provide business and data compliance administration to the Business & Data Compliance team within the group. To project a professional image through in-person, phone, email and other digital messaging interactions.
Key Responsibilities
Provide business and data compliance administration for the Business & Data Compliance team as and when required.
To coordinate and maintain CRM and ERP database hygiene.
To coordinate and maintain Monitoring database hygiene.
To review, update and circulate CRM process training/memos/materials – existing & new users.
To conduct ongoing compliance checks on CRM operational process and data cleanliness through weekly/monthly/quarterly data compliance checks and KPI reports to the Data Compliance team.
Champion data cleanliness throughout the organisation.
Provide strategic administration support for other departments when hotspots & sickness/holidays arise.
Assist with business and data administration in the onboarding of new mergers and acquisitions.

Requirements
Proven 3+ years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk or similar position.
Excellent skills on Excel. Good knowledge of MS products, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and confident using IT software.
Very high levels of attention to detail, good analytical skills, and sound problem solving skills.
Desire to think critically and analytically to constantly seek business process and data collection/record keeping improvements.
Comfortable in very high-pressure environments and a willingness to work round the clock when required to do so (e.g. acquisitions).
Willingness to police fellow team members to ensure standards are met and retained.
Excellent internal & external communication skills including preparing and delivering presentations.
Preferred
JobLogic / CASH / WinSIMs / Microsoft Dynamics and other Fire/Security CRM & ERP experience.
Expert Level Microsoft Excel Certified
Project Management APM or equivalent.

Working Condition
This role will cater to remote employees to enable greater efficiency across our office locations around the Southwest. During periods of acquisition, job requirements and intensity are expected to increase to cater to business/group demands.

Ensure that any Information Technology ‘incidents’ are effectively reported and resolved in a timely fashion (internally or externally)
Maintain clear desk and screen at all times
Compliance to ensure no deliberate breaches in security information and/ or systems
Any accidents or incidents must be reported to supervisor & compliance.
