Are you an experienced Account Manager who’s worked with Shopify clients and knows Google Ads, Google Shopping, and Merchant Center inside out?

We’re hiring a Senior Account Manager to lead the onboarding and success of our ecommerce clients — mostly warm leads who already trust us from our YouTube channel or referrals.

You’ll be the first point of contact for new Shopify store owners looking to scale with Google Ads. Your job is to understand their business, recommend the right service, and manage a seamless onboarding into our delivery systems.

You’ll also work closely with the CEO to improve funnel performance, track metrics, and support our client community.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Take warm intro calls with ecommerce leads (no cold calls)
Recommend the right service based on their business model, goals, and ad history
Guide new clients through onboarding, gathering assets, access, and expectations
Brief our delivery team so they can hit the ground running
Maintain communication and manage the client relationship through their first 90 days
Identify friction points in the funnel and propose fixes
Report weekly performance and conversion metrics to the CEO

You’re Perfect for This If You:

Have 2+ years in an Account Manager or Client Success role (agency experience required)
Have managed ecommerce clients (ideally Shopify stores running Google Ads)
Understand Google Shopping, Merchant Center, and Meta Ads enough to advise clients
Communicate clearly, confidently, and don’t get flustered by tough questions
Enjoy onboarding and guiding clients, not just handing off a pitch
Love systems, structure, and making things run smoother over time
