We are a fast-growing, family-run real estate investment company based in the United States, and we’re looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves talking to people, enjoys building connections, and is comfortable handling cold calls, managing leads, and providing administrative support.
Our business specializes in acquiring residential homes and self-storage or commercial real estate across the U.S. We need someone who is great on the phone, systems-driven, and ready to grow with a close-knit, values-based team.
What You Will Do:
Make outbound cold calls to property owners in the United States
Answer incoming calls from leads and property owners
Build rapport, qualify sellers, and identify their motivations
Use DealMachine and other tools to generate and manage lead lists
Keep our CRM (GoHighLevel) up to date with notes and lead statuses
Submit daily and weekly call reports with performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
Fluent, confident English speaker (C2 level)
1 to 2 years of cold calling experience in real estate or 1+ years in an outbound sales or call center role with English-speaking clients
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking
Strong ability to handle objections and build trust over the phone
Highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to learn
Stable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
Able to work during U.S. business hours (South Africa evening shift)
