Lead Generation Representative
At Source86, we help food manufacturers solve sourcing and logistics challenges with precision, creativity, and a partnership mindset. We import ingredients from 15+ countries and power some of the fastest-growing food brands in the U.S.
Now we’re looking for a Lead Generation Representative to fuel our growth engine. If you’re excited about building clean, structured lead data, optimizing outreach processes, and using insights to improve how we find and engage potential partners—this role is for you.
You’ll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to identify high-potential leads, launch LinkedIn outreach campaigns, and build the first spark of every new partnership. This is a great opportunity to grow in a fast-moving, collaborative, and global environment.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Review
Monitor and qualify inbound leads submitted via the Source86 website
Conduct quick background research and initial segmentation by industry, company size, and sourcing needs
Initial Outreach & Follow-up
Send structured introductory emails and follow-ups to new leads
Conduct cold calls to high-potential targets to qualify interest and gather discovery information
Schedule introductory meetings with the sales team where applicable
LinkedIn Automation Campaign Management
Operate and manage Linked Helper (or similar) for outbound LinkedIn prospecting
Maintain target lists, campaign content, and response tracking
Reporting & Data Management
Maintain and update lead pipeline in CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Airtable)
Generate weekly reports summarizing lead generation performance by channel (website, email, LinkedIn, phone)
Track key metrics: contact rate, response rate, qualification rate, booked meetings
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or SDR roles
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with CRM tools, LinkedIn automation platforms, and Excel/Google Sheets
Highly organized and self-driven
Familiarity with B2B outreach strategies in the food, ingredient, or supply chain sector is a plus
Fluent in English; Spanish a plus

🌍 Remote Work & Flexibility
This is a full-time, fully remote role. While we operate globally, the role requires strong overlap with U.S. business hours and some flexibility to support time-sensitive operations across time zones. We’re outcome-oriented and believe in smart time management, not micromanagement.
