Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Senior SEO Specialist to lead SEO strategy, manage campaigns, and guide a small team of SEO administrators. The ideal candidate is proactive, independent, technically strong, and comfortable interacting with clients directly.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a small team of SEO administrators
Communicate directly with clients, offering strategy and performance updates
Conduct in-depth SEO audits and troubleshoot technical SEO issues
Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
Develop and implement SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile (GBP) management, citation building, and backlink outreach

Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on SEO experience
Strong WordPress background
Ability to lead multiple campaigns and meet deadlines consistently
Strong understanding of modern SEO practices as of 2025
Self-starter with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset
Comfortable in a client-facing role

Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves)
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities

Work Schedule
Part-time: 20 hours per week to start
Potential to move to full-time based on performance and needs
Business hours are based on Eastern Time (working hours from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM BG Time)
