I have completed my Higher Certificate in Advertising and Integrated Communications, as well as Child Psychology in Children and Adolescents. I have also completed two online certificates in Child Psychology and Counselling Children and Adolescents.
I am currently a customer service representative and coordinator, and face of the company at Tiletoria in Cape Town, and I have been working in this role for almost a year now and sales has increased drastically due to my excellent people skills and relationship building with each and every client.
In 2019 I worked at an insurance company in reception and administration, also dealing and building relationships with all clients, as well as being the face and voice of the company.
