Dear Hiring Manager,
I am an effective quick learner who can absorb new ideas and experiences with ease. In addition to this, I am a highly resourceful, flexible, innovative, and enthusiastic individual who possesses a considerable amount of knowledge in various areas such as sales, marketing and office management.
In addition to this, I have over 11 years of experience in client service and administrative support roles at both local and international organizations within South Africa. Working in retail and sales for numerous years has provided me with great problem-solving and project management skills. As noted in my CV, I have been promoted and given more responsibilities due to my keen interest to learn and grow in every organization.
My first biggest achievement was being promoted to assistant manager after working at City Chic for 9 months. Additionally, I was given additional responsibilities in my role at Browns after a year in service. In this new role at Browns, I ran my own insurance (claims) department and developed some leadership and management skills. Additionally, I was able to learn various skills such as social media management, customer service, team leadership as well as coordination of day-to-day operations and activities. As a team leader in many of these roles, I was also tasked with training and mentoring recruits into the organizations. I
pride myself on being a collaborative team payer with a dedication to partnering with co-workers to promote an engaged, empowering work culture.
My first experience working virtually began when COVID hit whilst working for Browns. I was supporting over 50 stores locally and internationally. As well as still on live chat, emails, calls from clients and B2B as well managing CRM.
I am currently a receptionists/pre-screener for Goldstein Immigration Lawyers remotely, they are based in US.
