This is a remote position.
As the Digital Marketing Manager for Hamlyn Williams, you’ll be responsible for working with the Marketing Director to build and deliver a digital marketing strategy globally that will effectively promote our people, our brand, and our services.
This pivotal role is essential to the ambitious strategy of our business and to support the development and promotion of a high-performing, people-centric and transparent business. It will encompass all digital marketing activity in addition to some offline activity and mentorship of the other marketers within the team.
The role will also require collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders and departments, including TA, HR L&D, and Sales. As well as management of key external partners and suppliers.
- Design and delivery of the digital marketing strategy in line with key business objectives, including the selection of the channel mix, budget management, technology and content used to execute the acquisition strategy for b2b, b2c and employer brand marketing
- Strategic ownership of the brand’s content marketing strategy, working with the context executive to execute the content marketing strategy across all external channels. Including research, measurement, optimization, and improvement.
- Use existing customer data for automated lead nurturing, retention, and up-selling.
- Create engaging outputs and campaigns aligning with business objectives, using these to generate leads and improve commercial results.
- Coordinate the online and offline customer journey in order to acquire and nurture leads.
- Use data tracking and customer journey analysis to optimize campaigns. Actively assess content quality, target audience effectiveness, and emerging industry trends.
- Use existing customer data for automated lead nurturing, retention, and up-selling.
- Monitor CRM performance and improve overall strategy
- Measure key performance metrics – website traffic, engagement, campaign performance and look for ways to improve our marketing output, user journey, and lead generation based on the data
- Continue to look for ways to improve the overall usability, design, content, and performance of the company website, optimizing the user flow and performance
- Project manage key digital projects such as website launches and iterations, Marketing automation setup, CRM Lead tracking, and AI
- Identify customer needs and optimal segmentation across the business to align account-based marketing efforts
- Management of key suppliers, including website providers and project-based agency support
- Responsible for learning and development of digital marketing skills across the marketing department and the wider business

Requirements
- Proven experience driving and nurturing leads in a digital marketing role
- A great collaborator who can manage internal teams and 3rd party agencies
- A solid grounding in PPC, SEO, Social, CRM, ABM and customer journey
- Ability to prioritize and connect daily work to broader company-wide business objectives
- Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities
