Senior UX / UI Designer

Role Overview:

We are in search of a dynamic UI/UX Designer to join our growing product development team. This individual will play a crucial role in the design and development of innovative digital products, such as our digitized “hire now” platform, worker order dashboard, recruit & hire platform, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the product team to understand user needs, translating them into interactive and compelling design solutions. Design and prototype user interfaces and experiences in Figma, from low to high fidelity. A high level of understanding user needs and collabrate with teams on user research activities. Present design solutions to stakeholders and articulate design choices. Work in tandem with another UI/UX Designer to ensure a cohesive and innovative design language across our suite of products. Engage with product owners, developers, and senior leadership to ensure designs are feasible and align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Proficient in Figma for UI design and prototyping. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects. Experience in conducting user tests and translating feedback into actionable design improvements. Demonstrated ability to solve complex user problems and present actionable solutions. Experience in HR and payroll is a bonus, but not a requirement.

Comfortable to be vetted on design and protoyping skills for successfull candidates.
