We are currently looking for an organized and dedicated Remote Appointment Setter to join our team.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Communicate with potential clients to set up meetings for our sales team
  • Reach out to leads provided by the company and initiate sales calls
  • Maintain a thorough record of all contacts, schedules, and follow-up tasks
  • Coordinate with sales staff to manage and prioritize sales opportunities

Qualifications

  • Prior experience as an Appointment Setter, Sales Representative, or similar
  • Excellent phone and cold calling skills
  • Superior communication and customer service skills
  • Proficiency in minimum computer skills, including the use of relevant software
  • Solid organizational skills, with the ability to multitask
