A quality skincare brand has a challenging and exciting opportunity within the sales team, working remotely and covering the Port Elizabeth and Garden Route region. Will suit a qualified skin therapist with external sales experience in the skincare industry, based in Port Elizabeth or the Garden Route.
Sales Targets: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective account management within the designated territory.
Client Relationships: Building strong relationships with clients to contribute to their business success through various means, including value addition, promotion of deals, innovation, and providing education support and tools.
Business Plans: Identifying, analysing, implementing, and monitoring customised business plans to maximize the potential of existing accounts.
Event and Promotion Management: Actively participating in the planning, management, and execution of client events and promotions.
Consistent Contact: Maintaining regular and consistent contact with all accounts.
Prospecting and New Business: Actively prospecting and securing new business to expand the client base.
Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Responsible for accurate sales reporting and forecasting.
Qualifications: Qualified Skin Therapist and/or experience in the skincare industry.
Sales Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales representative experience with an excellent track record in sales.
Travel: Must have own transport and a valid drivers license, as the role involves frequent client visits.Be willing to travel locally and on outlying trips.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
Education: Tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Business is an advantage.
Industry Knowledge: Qualification or experience in the wellness industry or aesthetic environment is advantageous.
Business Acumen: Sound business acumen with the ability to align brand objectives with accounts to drive sales growth.
Initiative: Demonstrates initiative and follows through on tasks.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

This is a remote role, ideally based in the PE or Garden Route area, and reports directly to the Core Sales Manager.
