A Little Bit About the Role:

We are looking for a Community Manager with experience with social influencer engagement and a passion for making things happen. The successful candidate will be passionate about social channels and enjoy helping others. You have your finger on the pulse of influencer and creator culture, know what the latest trending sound is and what profiles are up and coming in the health, beauty and lifestyle space.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can quickly adapt to changing priorities, can work independently and enjoy helping others. You enjoy taking ownership of your work and supporting the greater team.

You will be working closely with the influencer team as well as brand and creators/managers in helping to develop these influencer partnerships, bring them to life and tracking and reporting on their performance. Markets will include UK, NA, EMEA.

The Community Manager supports the Influencer Manager to make sure projects are delivered at the highest standard and with a high level of client satisfaction.

We are looking for a qualified Community Manager to join our team. If you are a tech-savvy professional, experienced in social media, PR and promotional events, we would like to meet you.

What You’ll be Doing:

  • Ability to understand brief and vet potential influencers.
  • Proactively manage, review and coordinate project elements to ensure smooth, timely and accurate project execution within established timelines
  • Coordinate multiple projects at a time.
  • Track project progress and provide regular status updates to key stakeholders.
  • Run weekly client facing meetings to review work and update on project progress.
  • Coordinate and work collaboratively with internal teams on client deliverables.
  • Identifying creators for us to work with and then managing the day-to-day communications incl. sharing briefs, contracts, feedback on content, etc.
  • Reviewing social feeds to ensure content has been posted; collect all posts into presentation to ensure client is aware.
  • Adapting creator briefs from brand briefs.
  • Ordering and shipping products to influencers.
  • Track, analyse and measure performance against KPI’s and report monthly.
  • Conduct social listening across key platforms to help identify content opportunities.
  • Identifying and sending products and gifts to our partners.
  • Working with media agency to share creator information so that we are able optimize content.

What You’ll Need:

  • Proven work experience as a community manager.
  • Experience working with social influencers.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Hands on experience with social media management for brands.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels.
  • Strong MS Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Able to work under tight deadline and be able to handle multiple projects/accounts at any given time.
  • Excellent professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, can-do attitude that you can tackle anything thrown your way. You are excited by figuring out things you have never done before.
  • Passion for social media and a strong understanding of how to use the various social platforms (including but not limited to (TikTok, Meta, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest and more).
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent team management skills with the ability to keep stakeholders organized and on-track.
  • Demonstrated creative and solutions-oriented approach to problem solving.
  • Be able to identify and then act on social opportunities in client’s niches.
  • Keeping up to date with the latest social trends & tools; you should be obsessed with all things social.

You’ll Have:

  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Languages spoken (English).
  • Experienced user of project management tools.
  • Familiarity with document sharing platforms such as SharePoint, BOX etc.
  • Experience working with social channels.

Good to have:

  • Experience on global FMCG brands.
  • Multi-market experience.
  • International and multicultural exposure.
  • Experience working with Influencers.

  • As we are working remotely, it is essential that the ideal candidate have the following in place to ensure there are no delays on delivering work timeously:
  • Back-up power supply, if necessary.
  • Stable internet connectivity – fibre connection preferable (options can be discussed) in order to connect to remote servers as well as conduct virtual meetings daily.
  • Personal computer with relevant capabilities necessary for the role.
