My name is Conor, and I’m one of the founders of Kensington Media House, a Klaviyo Partner eCommerce Marketing Agency that adds on average $100k each month to its eCommerce clients.

Due to recent growth in the agency, we are now looking for a new Account Manager to join our existing team of marketers.

This is a rare opportunity to join an elite agency that is responsible for generating over $51M in revenue for clients.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Running Klaviyo accounts for 7 and 8 figure eCommerce companies. If you have a burning desire for what we teach you, the opportunity for you is limitless.
• Fluent English is required as you’ll be handling communication and reporting with clients you manage on behalf of Kensington Media House, as well as working under a senior account manager from Brazil.
• Writing high-converting copy for client emails
• Creating email automations for clients
• Coming up with and setting up full email campaign plans and strategy
• Liaising with the creative team to develop high level email creatives in-line with strategy
• Helping clients understand the best types of offers to run, how to increase average order value/conversion rate, how to run a more healthy eCommerce business, etc
• Keep up to date with eCommerce best practices of tomorrow through training, research, etc;
• Effectively communicate and collaborate across the Company via Slack, Google Meets.
• Embody our core culture pillars daily.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Fluent in English
• Previous experience with copywriting and email marketing. (We strongly believe that skills can be learned with the right personality – so even if you don’t have lots of experience, please don’t hesitate to apply. Culture fit is most important to us!)
• Strong team player who enjoys working in a team
