💼 Your Role:
Own the talent acquisition process:
- Screen and interview SDR candidatesEvaluate video interviews and assessment tasks
- Maintain high quality standards (we only accept top 2%)Help optimize our recruitment funnel
Drive talent pool growth:
- Identify areas for pipeline improvement
- Help refine our screening criteriaSupport recruitment marketing initiatives
- Maintain detailed candidate records
Support the fulfillment team:
- Collaborate on candidate matching
- Help with qualification processes
- Contribute to process optimization
- Track and improve key metrics
Role Details:
Start Date: ImmediatelyStarting Salary: R10-12k/month

- You’ve spent 2+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition
- You have a great eye for sales talent and potential
- lYou’re an excellent interviewer who can quickly assess candidates
- You’re analytical and love improving processes
- You have high standards and attention to detail
- You believe in quality over quantity
- You’re tech-savvy and comfortable with: Applicant Tracking Systems (Workable)Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Communication tools (Slack, Zoom)LinkedIn & Email
- You’re ready for remote work with: A reliable laptop and internet connection
