QUALIFICATIONS:
- South African applicants only
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HR (Talent Acquisition Management) or Recruitment Specialist
- In-depth industry knowledge regarding best practices, development, current regulations, and technology, particularly in Recruitment (HR)
- Proficiency in using Bamboo HR, TestGorilla, LinkedIn Recruiter, or similar HR & recruitment tools
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Flexible and can work any hour of the day
- With fast, reliable, and stable Internet connection (LAN or fiber) and with Internet backup
